With a beautiful sandy beach just outside the security gates, Maenporth Estate is a wonderful destination for all those interested in sport. There is an indoor swimming pool, a spa, a pool table and table-tennis table, a sauna, excellent tennis courts and even a parking-area for boats. The houses are grouped together throughout the 29 acres, sharing landscaped communal gardens. Connemara, a semi-detached property, has a spacious sitting/dining-room with terracotta sofas and pale wood furniture, leading into a sparkling white fitted kitchen. There is a fully-tiled shower-room downstairs with a double-sized shower, complemented by the bathroom upstairs.
