Along the hallway, both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Outside, across the gravelled driveway beyond the courtyard, the garden provides a relaxing spot for absorbing the sights and sounds of nature; for walkers, there is a footpath with wonderful views to the Exe Valley Way and Exmoor is close by. Fishing and watersports are available at Wimbleball Lake, nearby Dulverton and Bampton have a fine range of shops, restaurants and pubs, and the north coast is easily accessible by car. All this, and only half an hour from the motorway!
