Rosemary Cottage is located within the 29 acre, security-gated development of privately owned holiday houses in the clifftop Maenporth Estate. From the house, in one direction is the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, pool table and jacuzzi and in the other is the sandy expanse of Maenporth beach. The Estate also boasts all-weather tennis courts. Close to the sailing Mecca of Falmouth, there is a boat park on the Estate for keen sailors. This modern, semi-detached house is surrounded by beautifully maintained communal gardens, and also has its own individual terrace. An excellent base for touring, Truro is a 20 minute drive and there are several gardens, including Trebah, Glendurgan and Trelissick, close by. Decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard, the wooden-floored sitting/dining-room has a pair of comfortable terracotta sofas and a door onto the terrace, whilst the fully fitted maple kitchen has everything a keen cook could require. The main bedroom has its own very well appointed en suite shower-room, and the fully tiled bathroom is shared between the twin and bunk rooms.
