With a beautiful sandy beach just outside the security gates, Maenporth Estate is a wonderful destination for all those interested in sport. There is an indoor swimming pool, a spa, a pool table, a sauna, excellent tennis courts and even a parking-area for boats. The houses are grouped together throughout the 29 acres, sharing landscaped communal gardens. Connemara, a semi-detached property, has a spacious sitting/dining-room with terracotta sofas and pale wood furniture, leading into a sparkling white fitted kitchen. There is a fully tiled shower-room downstairs with a double-sized shower, complemented by the bathroom upstairs. The double bedroom is fresh in shades of blue and green and has a television with a video, whilst the twin bedroom is in lilac with touches of lime. Situated on the outskirts of the sailing town of Falmouth, the Estate is within easy driving distance of the main shopping centre of Truro, the beaches at the Lizard and the beautiful Helford valley, including Trebah and Glendurgan gardens.
