The apartment is conveniently located within the Packet Quays development, with the town’s various shops, restaurants and the National Maritime Museum just a stroll down the hill, and several beaches a short drive away. Slightly further afield are several National Trust gardens, the Eden Project and the surfing beaches of the north coast. The living-room has cream leather sofas and French windows opening onto the terrace, with the well-equipped pine fitted kitchen through an archway. Both bedrooms are decorated in soft restful colours and share the family bathroom.
