Located only 100 metres from the Clubhouse, Leisure Centre and first tee of Roserrow Golf and Country Club, next to the tennis courts, this beautifully furnished end of terrace house enjoys superb views over the course to the sea and Polzeath. Watersports are available at nearby Rock on the Camel estuary. Guests may enjoy a weatherproof holiday as the club facilities include a 20 metre indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, bowling and croquet lawns, two all-weather tennis courts, fitness room, 18 hole golf course, driving range, beauty spa and brasserie. Walking and jogging trails lead to the sea, and tennis and golf lessons are available (all facilities at Roserrow must be booked and paid for direct by guests, subject to availability – costs to be confirmed with Roserrow). Ocean Fairway has a spacious open plan living-room which leads to a sun-room with a view to the sea. There is also a small television-room/study and a large, enclosed garden. The beech kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, and there is a shower-room on the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one with particularly good views and one en suite, a twin room and a bathroom. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
