Ideal for families or two couples, Lavender Corner, is an attractive barn conversion, one of a group set around two courtyards. Nearby Dartmouth and Salcombe offer fantastic sailing waters, there is a surfing beach at Bantham and the coastal path is just a couple of miles down the road. The property is tucked away in the corner but do not be fooled, this is a spacious and comfortable property with plenty of room, especially with the covered balcony (accessed from the first floor), a lovely spot to enjoy an evening drink looking across the communal grounds. The stylish sitting-room, furnished with black leather sofas and cream carpets, is on the first floor and leads in turn to the well-equipped kitchen/diner – both have access to the tiny gravelled and paved garden (the house is built on three floors into a hill so the first floor is at ground level at the back). The pretty family bedrooms are on the top floor and share a sparkling white bathroom. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
