Set in its own 212 acres of woodland and wildflower meadow, all of which guests are free to roam, Grascott Farm is a rural idyll in which to truly unwind. Watch the barn owls hunt in the fields in front of your cottage and let this place work its magic on you. Nestled down a mile long bumpy farm track, the seclusion and silence envelops you as you arrive at Grascott Cottage and Grenlecotte Cottage. Both cottages have been beautifully renovated by the neighbouring Owner using timber from the farm. The farm has three small trout-stocked lakes (please take care with children), cycle paths, nature trails, abundant wildlife and shared play equipment. Providing a wonderfully tranquil spot for a relaxing holiday, the privacy and seclusion make it suitable for children and pets. The cottages’ proximity to each other offers a great chance for groups of friends or families to holiday together in an excellent touring base. The Tarka Trail is a ten minute drive with the nearest beaches only half an hour away. Please note these properties have a private water supply (regularly tested).

Gorgeous Grenlecotte Cottage is light-filled and very spacious, boasting a wood-burner and bespoke wooden floor in the welcoming sitting-room, and a hand-built kitchen. Super-king beds and views over the enclosed garden to Dartmoor make the sunny bedrooms irresistible. A second cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 11am on departure.

Ground Floor Entrance hall. Kitchen/Dining-room with dual fuel cooker (gas hob, electric oven), microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility-room with washing machine and tumble-drier. Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin. Sitting-room with TV, DVD player, CD player and wood-burner. First Floor Bedroom 1 with ‘zip and link’ (double or twin) beds. Bedroom 2 with ‘zip and link’ (double or twin) beds. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin.
