Once an old calf barn belonging to nearby Ninnis Farmhouse (995), this stunning and spacious detached conversion has been lovingly restored with enormous attention to detail. With a completely private garden and an enclosed deck accessed from both ground floor bedrooms and the kitchen, Maggie’s Barn has plenty of space for enjoying al fresco meals. The soft cooing of the pigeons that live in the dovecot in the small adjacent barn adds to the relaxing atmosphere of this special place. The interior has been beautifully fitted, offering exceptionally comfortable, partially reversed accommodation. The large sitting-room has exposed beams, a high ceiling, windows on three sides and a wood-burner for cooler evenings, making it perfect for relaxing after a day spent visiting the nearby sandy beaches of the south coast, or the glories of the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens. With the nearby A390 giving easy access to the north coast surfing beaches, the sailing waters of Falmouth and the magnificent coastline of the far west, Maggie’s Barn is the perfect place for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 11am on departure.
