This gorgeous little detached granite cottage stands across the cobbled driveway from the Owner’s old farmhouse, fifteen minutes’ stroll uphill from Wendron’s village pub. Surrounded by fields where on clear days Mount’s Bay is visible sparkling in the distance, and with a private patio and garden a few yards from the front door, this delightfully peaceful retreat is ideal for couples or small families. Falmouth, the Lizard peninsula, St Ives and the north coast’s surfing beaches are all within easy driving distance, and there are numerous footpaths to discover nearby. Inside, soft green woodwork features throughout with colourful rugs covering the pine floorboards, the living-room upstairs with striking granite worktops in the compact kitchen-area and two comfortable, relaxing sofas. Please note the property has a private water supply, regularly tested. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
