Vitally Important

The following five questions apply to you, your travelling companions and anyone else upon whose health your travel plans depend.

If you can answer 'No' to the following five questions you have full cover and do not need to contact Travellers Protection Services.

1. Has anyone ever been diagnosed as suffering from stress, anxiety or depression?
2. Has anyone been given a terminal prognosis?
3. Will anyone be more than 26 weeks pregnant by the time you return from your trip?
4. Is anyone travelling or acting against medical advice?
5. Is anyone on a waiting list for in-patient treatment, awaiting treatment or awaiting the results of medical investigations or tests?

If you answer 'Yes' to any of them, cover is not available under the policy for the cause of the 'Yes' answer.

Full details of the cover, excesses, terms and conditions can be found in the policy wording, a specimen copy of which is available on request.

If, after reading the policy, the insurance cover does not meet with your requirements, please return it to Classic Cottages within fourteen days of issue and prior to the commencement of your holiday. If you have paid a Premium and have not made a claim, this will then be refunded in full.

Travel and leisure insurance specialists, Travellers Protection Services Limited, has arranged this insurance with UK Underwriting Limited. Travellers Protection Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (Firm Reference: 311788).
