Hatts Farm is a working farm set in 100 acres of pasture and woodland on the Dorset/Wiltshire border, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near the old market town of Shaftesbury and within driving distance of Longleat Safari Park, the New Forest and the historic cities of Bath and Salisbury. Rolling countryside is just outside your front door or take a drive to the coast. A short walk across the field, a lake is available for guests to swim or picnic by (this is within a fenced field but please take care and supervise children at all times). Children will delight in the rare breed chickens wandering the farmstead and the lambs gambolling in the meadows. Local produce hampers and meals to order can be provided by prior arrangement with the Owner and bicycles are available for hire. Broadband is available at both properties.

Dairyman’s Cottage is also newly refurbished, semi-detached and set on a south-facing terrace. The property has a rustic feel, with a stunning ground floor open plan living-room with stone floors and, within the sitting-area, leather sofas flank the roaring open fire, ensuring that you are cosy whilst recounting the day’s adventures. Stairs lead up to the two carpeted comfortable bedrooms and the family bathroom.
